This open class explores the art of presence, balance, and confidence — using high heels as both a literal tool and a powerful metaphor. Participants will examine how posture, movement, and self-perception shape the way they are seen and heard. Through creative exercises and guided practice, students will learn to walk into any room with intention and carry themselves with quiet power—no heels required. A new kind of poise is expected.
Angelika has been practising bellydance for over 15 years and has competed in multiple regional competitions in Russia.
In 2026, she completed a one-year professional teaching course of 120 academic hours led by Marina Lopatskaya, a leading bellydance expert in Russia, earning her certification in bellydance instruction.
Experienced in leading classes across all levels, Angelika focuses on technique, musicality and creating a warm, supportive atmosphere where every student feels at ease. She's always happy to step in as a substitute teacher when needed.
Alongside bellydance, Angelika teaches pole dance, stretching, and high-heels classes. She also holds a Master's degree in International Law and a Master of Advanced Studies in Management, Technology and Economics from ETH Zürich.
