GEORGIA: A Feminine Renaissance Retreat

from CHF 500.00

Villa Pi Blau · Costa Brava, Spain
03 – 06 December 2026

This retreat is an invitation to slow down and return to yourself.

Inspired by the life and philosophy of Georgia O’Keeffe — a woman who chose freedom, solitude, simplicity and creative devotion — we will explore what it means to see the world (and ourselves) differently.

Over four days in Spain, you’ll be guided through embodied movement, reflective practices, nourishing meals, curated cultural excursions, and long stretches of spaciousness designed for deep restoration.

Your Experience

Your days unfold in a gentle rhythm—
between movement and stillness, expression and rest, structure and flow.

Mornings begin with embodied practices designed to awaken the body and sharpen perception. Through slow, sensual movement and guided meditation, you are invited to return to yourself—gradually, honestly.

Afternoons open into spaciousness.
Time to wander, to reflect, to be by the sea, or to engage in tactile, creative rituals—from working with clay to observing nature with a new, attentive gaze.

Evenings are soft, intimate, and grounding.
We gather for nourishing meals, quiet rituals, and moments of reflection—allowing the day to settle gently into the body.

Highlights of the Retreat

  • Embodied Movement Practices
Rooted in sensuality, strength, and feminine expression—awakening the pelvis, spine, and breath.

  • Creative & Sensory Rituals
From ceramics to guided observation in nature, you’ll explore form, texture, and beauty through your own hands and senses.

  • Aromatherapy Evening Ritual
A deeply calming experience to soothe the nervous system and reconnect through scent and breath.

  • The Flower & the Wild Woman
An expressive, feminine bellydance flow—awakening sensuality, strength, and boldness.

  • Botanical Immersion: “Magnify Beauty”
A guided visit to the Cap Roig Botanical Gardens, where you’ll learn to see like an artist—slowing down, noticing, and feeling more.

  • Barre Flow: Form & Flow
A short, intentional practice exploring structure and softness—awakening the body before gently softening into release.

  • Sound Bath: Desert Silence
A deeply immersive journey into stillness—where everything integrates.

  • Salon Evenings & Fireside Conversations
Intimate spaces for reflection, inspiration, and creative courage.

THE FACILITATORS

GRAZYNA
Since childhood, Grazyna’s way of expressing herself has been through movement, being attentive to the world around her and understanding nature, its forces, and its sensitivity.

Born in Belgium into a family of artists, sensitive and curious, she has Belgian and Polish roots. Her childhood was surrounded by different languages and people from diverse cultures. The expression of the body, posture, breath, and touch is the foundation of her classes and therapies.

Her experience as a classical and contemporary dancer at the Institute of Theatre in Barcelona led her to deepen her understanding of the body’s anatomy, which is an important part of her work. This search brought her to the practice of Hatha Vinyasa yoga and Pilates Reformer, spaces where she learned to take care of herself and to listen to what her body truly needs.

ALIA
Movement has long been Alia’s way of understanding herself and connecting to others. With roots in the UK and a life shaped by living in different countries, she brings a deep curiosity about the body, expression, and human experience into her work.

Recognised in 2010 as Belly Dance Queen of Switzerland, she has performed internationally as both a soloist and collaborator, and has directed theatre productions in Switzerland exploring the intersection of dance and art—through themes such as colour, scent, and chemistry. Her work draws from both traditional and contemporary oriental dance, shaped by years of teaching in Spain and Switzerland. In her classes, she creates a space for women to build confidence, develop body awareness, and reconnect with their expressive potential.

Alongside movement, Alia is a published author whose writing explores memory, embodiment, and transformation, informing her artistic approach across disciplines. She is also qualified in Barre, supporting a holistic approach to strength and alignment.
