5 DAY DANCE FIT WORKOUT CHALLENGE

Mark your calendars and get ready for a short yet intense workout. From May 25th until May 29th, every day at 11.30, Alia will lead you in a 20 minute dance inspired fitness challenge. Using body weight exercises, barre and floor work you’ll work on strengthening your body in a fun and safe way.

The class will be zoomed into your own home so no need for any special equipment. Just make sure you have a yoga mat, water bottle and a towel, plus a chair and a couple of thick books! No we won’t be reading them (if you have yoga blocks at home, even better!)

Each day we’ll focus on a different area of the body, culminating on Friday the 29th with a full body workout. If you attend all 5 of the sessions you’ll be gifted with a free one hour workout!
